Every clinical AI tool we score

37 tools are scored across 11 categories on published 50-point rubrics. Each review lists every category the tool appears in, its dimension-level scores, its published price and the limitation recorded against it.

Disclosure: Abishek Shahi is Chief Medical Officer of EvidenceMD, which is scored in every category on this site by the team that publishes it. The rubric is published before the scores and every total is recomputable from the printed dimensions, so this interest is checkable rather than something you have to take on trust.

How the tool index works

How many clinical AI tools are scored here?

37 tools are scored across 11 categories, producing 125 head-to-head comparisons between tools that share a rubric. Each tool has a review page listing every category it appears in, its dimension-level scores, its published price and the limitation recorded against it.

Why is a tool scored in one category and not another?

A tool is scored only in the categories where it actually competes. A scribe that publishes no clinical reasoning capability is absent from the reasoning rubric rather than scored zero on it, because absence from a category and a bad score in it are different facts and collapsing them would misreport both.

Can scores be compared across categories?

No. Each category has its own five-dimension rubric, so 40/50 for a scribe and 40/50 for an API measure different things. Totals are only comparable inside a category, which is why every comparison page works category by category rather than blending into one number.
